JEFFCOOL® P150N coolant is an inhibited propylene glycol specifically designed for use as a robust industrial coolant in heavy-duty stationary engines. Its inhibitor system is tailored to effectively safeguard various metals commonly present in industrial stationary engine systems, including brass, copper, solder, steel, cast iron, and aluminum. To address foaming tendencies during service, a foam inhibitor is integrated into the formulation.

Proven through extensive laboratory simulations and real-world service tests, the effectiveness of JEFFCOOL® P150N coolant in preventing corrosion is well-established.

JEFFCOOL® P150N coolant is highly recommended as a coolant for stationary engines in diverse applications, such as natural gas processing, irrigation, power generating systems, oilfield operations, and portable air compressors. Specially formulated, it provides essential protection for cylinder liners against cavitation corrosion. 

This coolant ensures comprehensive protection for cooling systems throughout the year, preventing freezing in winter, overheating in summer, and corrosion in all seasons. The substantial reduction in internal corrosion significantly enhances heat transfer efficiency, resulting in lower overall maintenance costs. 

However, it is not recommended for use in engines containing aluminum cylinder heads.
